In my other post it was stated that:

I want to know if the statement of pilot and series means that the anime of the pilot is not related with the anime of the series?
Or It means that the anime of the pilot is from the anime of the series?

It means that the anime is not connected to GARO. Series of the same name (TAS and WINGS) are unrelated, the first pilot only exists and does not connect to the real series.
